The garden view from my room was LOVELY. The hotel has a convenient 7-Eleven for quick snacks. It is also a reasonable walk to the railway station. The garden was really nice to stroll through.
I found the walk from the train station uphill and a bit long.

The gardens are amazing. They created such a peaceful atmosphere in the middle of the bustling city. Our room was spacious. It offered a lovely view, and I found it to have everything I needed. The on-site convenience store was useful.

nonexistent room service small fitness center
my room was pretty big, i suppose. it included a bed and some walls.
i gotta say, this place felt more like a fancy hostel than a five-star experience. the room service was nonexistent. also, the fitness center was a joke. it seemed like a storage closet with a treadmill.

mold growth limited room service
The hotel included 3 hotels near Shinagawa Station, all with beautiful landscaping and quiet atmosphere.
I found mold growing under the sink in the bathroom. The lack of essential amenities like skincare and decent haircare products was surprising for a hotel in this price range. Room service was only available during very limited hours, also.

quiet location beautiful garden convenient store helpful staff
i found the location peaceful, a welcome escape from the vibrant city. the garden looked beautiful, particularly illuminated at night. a convenient 7-eleven is located within the hotel grounds. shinagawa station is accessible, but the uphill walk might pose a challenge with heavy luggage.
the absence of readily available dining options nearby proved slightly inconvenient. i found it a bit of a walk to reach suitable restaurants for meals.
